| Powers & Waitt is a local full service CPA firm located in South Easton, MA, 20 miles southwest of Boston. The firm was established in 1977. Terry Powers and Ken Waitt have been partners in the firm since 1981. The firm was established to provide quality accounting, financial and tax services to small to medium sized businesses and individuals in the Metro South area of Massachusetts. Our client base is generally within the southern portion of the Boston to Route 495 corridor, but we have clients throughout the Metropolitan Boston area and Cape Cod. We also service tax clients from California to Florida and many states in between. |

on a per diem basis with the firm in 1978 and
joined the firm as a partner in 1981. The firm
